Mod authors can use the modders tool to generate behavior files to add new custom animations to their own mods. Mod Organizer will alert you to any mod conflicts and allow you to resolve them easily. The main file of FNIS, FNIS Behaviors, is a tool, NOT a mod.
When using MO2 nothing should be installed to the Data folder besides the vanilla Skyrim files. If you delete them from the Data folder they are gone. If FNIS is installed properly the tool icon will light up.
